Wishing For A New Spanking Toy — 15 Comments

  1. And here I thought you had your heart set on some new canes for Christmas! Or some of Frank and Lisa’s hardwood switches — aren’t bad girls supposed to get switches? 😉

  2. Man, I’ve been to two cracker barrels in the past week and couldn’t find the paddle at either of them *sigh* it sounded so nice too.

I completely agree with the preferring a little bit of soreness the day after. It prolongs the feeling of love that accompanies a spanking and definitely does keep me on my toes (not just because I can’t sit down either 😉 ). It’s like a nice warm fuzzy feeling.. like hug ^__^. I know, I can’t describe it really.

There’s always a riding crop, you know. Has a small striking area, but larger than a cane and leather. Can have pretty varied strokes from *gentle* attention getting swats to “I’m going to run into the other room now.” And we all know the girls at the horse shop know what people go in to buy them for. 😉

  3. Switches? Eeek!

Xia, you’re not the only one who seems to be having problems finding those paddles. I almost didn’t find the ones we bought. They were with the toys but hidden very carefully. I literally had to squeeze my hand behind a display to get at them. I think they know exactly what those things are for – just like the girls at the horse store know!

  4. Sam, thanks for the compliment and the link! I think I’ll copy it and put it in a post so everyone who’s looking for this can see it.

  5. I dunno if this helps everyone about the shipping of the paddleball at that site, but if you change the shipping option from the one it is automatically on (UPS Ground residential) to the United States Parcel Post, the shipping pretty much gets cut in half. The only draw back is it may take and extra day or two, but if you use the Priority mail (which is just like 20 cents more than parcel post) it would take the same amount of time as the UPS ground would.

Yea, I am way too obsessed with E-Bay

  6. LOL Thanks, for the tips, Kelly! I keep saying that E-Bay is actually good for me and this is just another example of its usefulness. 😉

  7. of course e-bay’s good for you. The FDA should make a reccommended daily allowance for it. ooh..

Sam, ooh those paddles look fun. I’ll keep checking cracker barrel and hope it works though. Hmm, I wonder if informing employees of the secret of those paddles is part of Cracker Barrel training…. ^_^ why am I motivated to write a cracker barrel related story now…

  8. Isn’t it funny how that twinge the day after has the same effect as a good hug from your S/O?

    Cool, isn’t it.

  9. Ya know Bethie, a leather covered paddle might be just what you’re looking for. I like ours. It’s not as stingy as a wooden paddle so it can be used with much more enthusiasm til you get that nice thuddy feel. Of course a plain old leather belt is nice too.

  10. yeah, but why ask for a belt when he already has those? Leather covered paddles seem pretty nice.

I wonder if those braided belts are any different than normal ones…

  11. I put a folder together for Q on the computer, giving him links to all the toys I have found. Even put them in order, so who knows what he will come up with.

  12. I think that you should keep an eye out for a Jokari paddle. Heavier and larger and more thuddy than those paddleball Cracker Barrel things, but not as ouchy as I bet a bath brush is.

  13. Lots to think about but I’m starting to think a small leather paddle might be nice.

I’ve seen a couple of jokari paddles but I thought they were as heavy as a bath brush. I might go look at those again.

As for braided leather belts, they not only sting more than regular belts but they leave really strange marks. The last time Dan used one on me, my butt looked like a red woven basket when he was through! lol

  14. well, you know they say you have to suffer to create true art… I guess that’s just taken a bit more litterally… 😉
